'White Chocolate' Keto Bulletproof Matcha Latte

Loaded with antioxidant-rich matcha and cocoa butter, this ridiculously tasty ‘white chocolate’ keto bulletproof matcha latte is one superfood bulletproof drink if there ever was one!

Ingredients

1-1 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder to taste
1/2-1 tablespoon Swerve to taste*
1 tablespoon cocoa butter to taste
1 1/2 cups unsweetened macadamia milk or milk of choice

Instructions

Add matcha powder, sweetener and cocoa butter to an immersion blender-friendly cup. Set aside.
Heat up macadamia milk (or milk of choice) to a bare simmer and pour over your matcha mix.
Blend with an immersion blender (or bulletproof method of choice), until the cocoa butter emulsifies into the matcha latte. Enjoy straight away!
